Sionic-Jersey has partnered with Tiller Technologies to offer their 'onboarding' software for offshore businesses across the Channel Islands.

Sionic will support clients wishing to install WealthXcel which aims to overcome issues caused by legacy technology.

"Traditionally, firms’ own internal structures can make client on-boarding a very painful process for all parties," Stuart Richford, Managing Partner and Sionic-Jersey lead commented.

|We therefore set about a complete market scan of the solutions and best practice options available. WealthXcel Onboard provides the adaptability, the functionality and the capability clients require.

"We’re therefore delighted to be working in partnership to streamline complexity, reduce cost and accelerate the speed of these critical onboarding processes for our clients, to ensure they in turn provide the best possible service to their own clients too.”

Jonathan Wauton, Co-founder of Tiller Technologies, added: “Covid-19 has sharpened everyone’s focus on digital onboarding without face-to-face contact and paper-based processes. But the offshore market’s very particular requirements mean there few providers out there who offer highly sophisticated functionality and capability in one seamless digital workflow.

"We are delighted that the Sionic-Jersey team has recognised our exceptional capability in this field and we look forward to working together to create demonstrable and lasting client benefits.”
