New Standard Bank recruit to improve customer experience

Standard Bank Jersey has appointed a new Head of Client Experience.

Estelle Martinson has relocated from South Africa where she was the client experience lead within the Africa region's digital team.

“I’m thrilled to join a team who is committed to delivering value to and delighting our customers and I believe this commitment is the true north star for any organisation to evolve and remain relevant," Ms Martinson said. "I’m looking forward to interacting with our clients and the broader team on this journey.”

Greg Barclay, Head of High Net Worth, Personal and Corporate Wealth, said: "In order to achieve the growth expected of us, we need to invest in our customer journey. Doing valuable things for clients and improving their experience involves shifting our people and processes from being inwardly focused on the organisation to being outwardly focused on the client. The appointment of Estelle is a step towards achieving this shift.”
