Two new appointments at Sure Jersey are set to enhance Sure’s service delivery for business customers.
Both Kenny-Lee Holberry who has been appointed Account Director and Tania Franco, who has become Service Manager, have been promoted from existing positions within Sure.
Kenny-Lee Holberry will operate within the Jersey Enterprise Sales team delivering individual business communications solutions and excellent levels of customer service working with our wider support and professional services team.
Jon McCulloch Head of Enterprise Sales is delighted to welcome Kenny-Lee into his team.
“With over 12 years’ experience in business IT and communications, and having worked as a Business Account Director at Sure Guernsey since 2009, Kenny-Lee has the knowledge and experience needed to help Jersey businesses make the most of our superb communications infrastructure and deliver the communication efficiencies their businesses need.”

Joining Kenny-Lee in starting a new role at Sure is Tania Franco who has recently taken up her post as Service Manager.
In her new role, Tania, who was named Salesperson of the Year 2014 at Sure, will work with her new team and alongside the Business Sales team to provide Sure customers with the highest levels of service, particularly in regard to the installation of new services and fault reporting.
“This is a great opportunity for me to help Sure continue as the fastest- growing telco in Jersey,” said Tania. “Working in the Sure store has given me an excellent foundation in customer service and I want to bring that to my new position as Service Manager.”
