Box 1021, St. Helier, actioned Mark Edward Goldie trading as 1st Class Removals (the " First Defendant") of Merrydale, Paddock End, La Rue a Don, Grouville, and John McKinnon Watkins trading as 1st Class Removals (the "Second Defendant"), of Merrydale, Paddock End, La Rue a Don, Grouville, for the sum of £190.31, interest and costs, in respect of an account rendered dated 31st July 2021.

NOW TODAY, neither Defendants having appeared, the Court:

(1) condemned the Second Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff:

a) the sum of £190.31,

b) interest thereon in accordance with Practice Direction PD 05/3 from 31st July 2021 to the date of payment,

c) the fixed costs of the action in accordance with Practice Direction PD 18/01;

d) interest on such costs from this day to the date of payment in accordance with Practice Direction PD 05/4, and

(2) authorised the Plaintiff to cause:

WHEREAS on 5th August 2020, in the action between Mark Keeffe (the "Defendant") of Highfield, Le Mont Fallu, St. Peter and Flat 2, Abalone, La Greve D' Azette, St. Clement, OF THE ONE PART; and Jersey Airtel Limited (the "Plaintiff" ) c/o Skyfall Collections Limited, P.O. Box 611, St. Helier, OF THE OTHER PART; the Plaintiff obtained judgment by default against the Defendant who was condemned to pay the sum of £1,041.92, interest and costs, in respect of telecommunications account number 827040 for data roaming charges.

NOW TODAY, the Defendant having made application supported by Affidavit detailing the circumstances and history of the default judgment, the Court having considered the matter, granted the said application and ordered that the details of the said judgment be expunged from the records of the Court.
