Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 104(8) of the International Business Companies Act, that by written resolution of the member, the liquidation of Rannerdale Cottage Limited commenced on 8 August 2018 and Lutea (Anguilla) Limited of Heritage Suite, The Valley, Anguilla has been appointed as liquidator.
