A review Panel has been established to look at the current system of domestic property transactions in the Island.
The Panel would like to hear from any member of the Public or alternatively, any interested parties who would like to make a submission.
Submissions can be made by email, letter or fax.

Please note that all written and oral submissions are uploaded to the Scrutiny website as a matter of course with the exception of any evidence received under a confidential or private agreement, which, in accordance with Jersey Data Protection legislation, will not be released into the public domain.
Written submissions will generally be uploaded to the Scrutiny website, however, we reserve the right not to release certain submissions into the public domain.
