Amendment to the Road Traffic (St Helier) (Order) 1996 under Article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956

Description

The Minister for Infrastructure, in pursuance of Article 68 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956, as amended, and after consultation with the Connétable of St Helier, gives notice of the following traffic changes to the parking restrictions on The Esplanade between Castle Street and La Route de la Liberation. 

This is to come into effect from Monday 30th March 2020.

Remove from Part 1 – Paying Parking Places – 1 Hour Limit 

Esplanade:

• North side (between a point 99 yards east of its junction with Castle Street and a point 13 yards further east)
• North side (between a point 23 yards east of the eastern boundary of “Marina Court” and a point 12 yards further east
  

Add to Part 15 – Car Club Permit Parking

Esplanade:

• North side (between a point 99 yards east of its junction with Castle Street and a point 13 yards further east)
• North side (between a point 23 yards east of the eastern boundary of “Marina Court” and a point 12 yards further east
