Description

​Notice is hereby given that Avondhu Limited (in Liquidation)("the Company") duly passed written Special Resolutions, placing the Company in summary winding up with effect from 20 December 2019 in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, and Luke Charleton and Colin Farquharson of Ernst & Young, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above mentioned Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 28 February 2020.
