JTC Trust and Corporate Services Limited intention to merge

Description

​Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127FC of the Companies Law that the Companies intends to make an application under Article 127FA of the Companies Law to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorization to merge the Companies, with JTC (Jersey) Limited remaining as the merged entity, and JTC Trust & Corporate Services Limited ceasing to be a separate legal person (the "Application").
Copies of the special resolutions passed by each of JTC (Jersey) Limited and JTC Trust & Corporate Services Limited on 28 November 2019 approving the proposed merger are available free of charge on request at the address given below.

Any creditor of either Company who objects to the Application may within 21 days of the date of this advertisement give notice of his or her objection to the Company.
