The Law Revision Board gives notice under Article 7 of the Law Revision (Jersey) Law 2003 that it has signed an update to the Revised Edition of the Laws of Jersey. The update comes into force on 1 April 2016. It incorporates into the revised edition all enactments commenced since the last update (1 January 2015) to, and including 1 January 2016.
The update is in the format of a collection of booklets. It may be ordered from the States Bookshop, Morier House, St Helier, JE1 1DD.
The Law Revision Board gives notice, in accordance with Articles 5 and 11 of and Schedule 2 to the Law Revision (Jersey) Law 2003, of the following corrections to the Revised Edition of the Laws of Jersey.
