Description

In the matter of the Saisie Judiciaire of the realisable property of Christopher Paul Byrne.

The Viscount has possession of the realisable property in Jersey of Christopher Paul Byrne. By Act of Court dated 12 December 2018 the Royal Court has authorised the Viscount, jointly with others, to market and sell the following properties:

• 'Bienvenue', 2 La Hurette, Route Orange, St Brelade, which is jointly owned with Mrs Katerina Byrne; and

• Units 11 and 12, Millais House, Castle Quay, St Helier, owned by Lumiere Holdings Limited, together with Mr Andrew Isham of Messrs Deloitte LLP (acting on behalf of the joint liquidators of Providence Global Limited, which company is majority shareholder of Lumiere Holdings Limited).

These properties are to be marketed and sold not less than 10 days from the date of this notice.
