To receive a report from the First Time Buyer Project Group on the process so far undertaken to provide first-time buyer housing that is affordable in perpetuity for applicants that have strong St Peter connections and to identify potential sites.
It is intended that Officers from Planning, Andium Homes, Mortgage providers and the Parish Lawyer would also be in attendance. This is an opportunity for Parishioners to discuss and respond to the current outcomes of the process, any decisions that need to be made will be brought to a Parish Assembly in forthcoming weeks.
