Holders of a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor are reminded that by virtue of Article 10 of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974, any licence which expires on the 24 December 2017 may be renewed for the further period of one year.
The normal renewal period expired on 5 November 2017, but holders of licences who have not yet submitted their application may do so up to 14 December 2017 on payment of an additional fee of £200.00 for each application.
