St Saviour Budget Assembly

Description

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Saviour will be held at the Parish Hall on Thursday 4 July 2019 at 7pm for the following business:

1. approve the minutes of the previous Parish Assembly held on Monday 20 May 2019.
2. to receive and, if approved, adopt the Connétable's Accounts for the financial year ended Tuesday 30 April 2019.
3. to approve the Estimates for the financial year ending Thursday 30 April 2020.
4. to approve a Rate in conformity with Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law, 2005.
5. to elect a Committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the financial year ending Thursday 30 April 2020.
6. to appoint a firm of accountants to audit the Connétables Accounts for the financial year ending Thursday 30 April 2020.
