1. opening prayers
2. to read the Convening notice
   
3. to receive apologies
   
4. to receive and approve the Minutes of the Ecclesiastical assembly held on 23 May 2019
   
5. to confirm the re-appointment of Churchwardens and Almoners
   
6. to receive the Rector's report
   
7. any other business
