Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 160(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Fifth Floor, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands JE1 2TR will be held at the Company’s Registered Office on 6 February 2020 at 11.00am for the purpose mentioned in Article 160 of the said Law. Resolutions may also be passed at this meeting with regard to the Liquidator’s remuneration and the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting.
