Tassili at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa is celebrating Vegan month with a delicious five course vegan grazing menu featuring some fantastic locally-sourced ingredients in their most natural form.

On the evening of Thursday 21st November diners at the award winning Four AA Rosette restaurant will be treated to a foraging first course which includes red quinoa, chia seeds, tuile, sea water froth, avocado and mango, accompanied by a selection of Jersey sea vegetables. 

Beetroot takes centre stage for the second course with textures of heritage beetroot, mushroom, black olive and walnut soil.

The spotlight is on celeriac next, a delicious dish accompanied by black garlic purée, compressed apple and winter truffle.

The pre-dessert is sure to cleanse the palate before the fabulous finale – an almond milk panna cotta.

These exquisite plant-based dishes are perfectly paired with vegan wines for guests to enjoy in Tassili’s intimate fine dining setting.

Commenting on this special menu, Shaun McGachan, General Manager of Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa said, “This is a beautifully constructed vegan tasting feast which is not only a fantastic way to celebrate vegan month but also the abundance of seasonal plant-based produce growing in the island.
