It will be a ‘Grand’ start to the year for one lucky Jersey charity, with the opportunity to win an event for up to 60 people at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa.

The AA Five Star Hotel in St Helier is inviting all the island’s registered charities to a special drinks event on Monday 27th January and all those who attend will be entered into a draw with the chance to win this fantastic prize.

The event will be held in the Grand Suite which has recently undergone a £400,000 makeover, transforming it into an impressive one-stop event space with a purpose-built bar and the latest state of the art audio-visual equipment.

Shaun McGachan, General Manager of Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa said, “We’re inviting all charities on the island to this special evening to showcase our fantastic event space which is the perfect venue for a whole host of events, and offering one charity the chance to host their next event free of charge”.

“There are so many local charities which do an amazing job for the people of Jersey and we’re delighted to have the chance to help one of them to kickstart their fundraising or raise awareness of the work that they do.”

The lucky charity will win an event based on Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa’s new Charity package; one fantastic element of which is that Grand Jersey will donate 10% of the event’s bar bill to the charity. The package also includes a red carpet

arrival, a glass a fizz, complimentary room hire, a delicious three course lunch or dinner. Plus, the smaller details have been considered too, with table menus and place cards provided and of course there will be the chance to dance the night away.
