Brain injury support charity, Headway Jersey celebrated its 25th anniversary in style with a ball, auction and raffle on Friday 30th September at The Royal Yacht and raised an amazing £25,545.
A total of 21 lots were available for the final auction on the evening. Some highlights included the chance to be immortalised in the next Peter James novel, going for £5,000 and an exclusive Bohemia experience with Michelin Star Chef, Callum Graham for 6 people raising £1,100.
All prizes for the auction and raffle were donated, and the funds will help Headway Jersey to provide support, information and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers.
Bryce Alford, Fundraising and Events Manager said: “We were overwhelmed by the generosity of all the people who donated to the auction and to Genesis AV, our title sponsors for the event. The evening was a great success, and everyone attended not only helped support our charity, but also had a fantastic, fun-filled night.”
