Intertrust beach clean

Intertrust in Jersey is hosting a beach clean for and anyone is welcome to come along and do their bit.

Their aim is to pick up all the rubbish starting from Quaisne slip to St Brelades Bay to help improve hygiene, protect the environment and increase the appeal of Jersey beaches.

Recycling bags will be handed out on the day including leaflets on interesting facts and guides on local marine species.

The media are invited to attend the event on Sunday 2 April and an organiser from Intertrust will be available for an interview.
