Club Soulgenic have designed a new initiative to help encourage active healthy lifestyles amongst children in their adolescence years.

As of January any member who joins or renew their annual club membership can gain free fitness classes for their children in the club “Soul Camp” offering. Initially it is targeted at 11 to 16 years old as they are at high risk of reduced physical activity and sedentary lifestyles in their teenage years.

Founder and CEO Glenda Rivoallan states:

“ClubSoulgenic is committed to helping people lead the healthiest lives possible. We have already implemented strategies around mental health and corporate wellness but as a mother myself I am extremely passionate about helping our youth. I really hope our members will enjoy the experience of doing something fun with their children but something of immense benefit to the wellbeing of the family at the same time. Our children who have joined thus far have not only got fit but built some fantastic relationships too.

Soul camp offers Girls Yoga, Boys & Girls Boxercise & Boyd and Girls Circuits all in a time efficient 30minutes. A Healthy dinner option is also available in their in house healthy food cafe Nude Food.

Dan Cornelius Product manager adds:

“ we have worked hard to deliver a fun, engaging and challenging workout for children of all fitness abilities. We know that girls also don’t have many options for group exercise when in their teenage years. We want to change that and encourage the formation of healthy habits from a young age.
