NatWest International will be hosting a Digital Focus Week in its two St Helier branches at Bath Street and Library Place and its St Brelade’s branch next week (14th – 18th May) to help customers better understand the bank’s digital services.
The NatWest International team will be on hand all week to showcase the bank’s digital services and answer any queries customers may have. They’ll be showcasing their online banking platform and mobile app and can help customers to apply for these services whilst talking through the benefits.
The bank will have Digital TechXperts in each of these branches who’ll be there to provide ongoing digital support when customers need it. There will also be sessions held in the Bath Street branch Digital Lounge, discussing the different digital ways customers can bank at NatWest International and banking safely online. You can book into one of these sessions by visiting the NatWest International website.
Digital Focus Week comes as part of a bank wide initiative to help more customers use the bank’s digital services.
Jamie Broadbent, Head of Customer Experience and Digital, said: “Access to digital banking services is a key requirement for many of our customers. We want our customers to be aware of all our banking platforms so they can bank with us simply, securely and in a way which suits their lifestyle. We’re looking forward to seeing our customers in Jersey and sharing more information about our digital offering”
