March is National Bed Month and to coincide with this, Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa has invested in new Hypnos beds for all of its 123 rooms. Bed maker to the Royal family, Hypnos beds can be found in many of the Royal residences, including Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Kensington Palace amongst others. These beautifully comfortable beds provide guests, princesses or otherwise, with a fabulous foundation for the best sleep possible.
The AA Five Star St Helier Hotel has taken delivery of the new beds in time for the Sleep Council’s drive during National Bed Month to help us get more sleep and highlight the importance of it to our health and wellbeing.
The average person spends around a third of their life asleep and it’s during this time that our bodies replenish energy stores and repair themselves, whilst our minds organise and store memories.
Commenting on the new beds, General Manger Martin Kelly said: “We all know that to get a really good night’s sleep you need a comfortable bed and we want all our guests to wake up feeling they’ve had some real R&R.
