With the Home & Lifestyle Show at Beau Sejour less than a month off, Quayside will be looking to give a brand new kitchen away. The kitchen will be used for cookery demonstrations and tastings over the three days of the Show, after which, it will be looking for a new home.
Worth over £6,000 the kitchen will be offered free to any local good cause that needs it. The kitchen is 3.6m long and is a mix of gloss ivory and cashmere grey, soft-closing draws and cupboard. Also included in the kitchen will be all the NEFF appliances: an induction hob, slide-away door single oven and integrated fridge as well as a Blanco sink complete with mono block tap. The work surfaces have a grey slate effect with PVC edges.
Russ Fossey, Managing Director at Quayside said: ‘When we offered to supply a kitchen for the Home & Lifestyle Show for the cookery demonstrations, we thought it would be a brilliant opportunity to donate it afterwards to a local good cause. We are offering to dismantle and deliver the kitchen and all appliances to anywhere on the island for free.
‘This is a brand new kitchen range so if the recipients want to expand the kitchen, we can do that. We would ask any local charity or good cause who would like the kitchen, to send us an email: russf@quayside-gsy.com, letting us know why they would like a new kitchen. We would urge anyone interested to contact us as soon as possible as we would like to be able to dismantle and deliver the kitchen straight from Beau Sejour. We will review all applications and then pick one after the closing date of Monday 28 October.’
