The Jersey Hospice Care Santa Dash is returning to the streets of St Helier this December. Islanders are invited to join the friendly one mile run with their colleagues, friends, or family, kick-starting the festive season in a sea of Santa’s running through town and helping to raise funds for Hospice.
The Santa Dash will take place at 12:15 on Thursday 1 December from Liberty Wharf, after a warmup led by Trudi Roscouet at midday.
Marina Brockbank, Community Engagement Officer, said: “We are delighted to be holding the Santa Dash again this year. For us at Hospice and for many people who have taken part since we started in 2017, it doesn’t feel like the start of Christmas until we’ve done the Santa Dash. There’s always such a great atmosphere with everyone celebrating the start of Christmas and raising valuable funds to support those in our care. It’s perfect for anyone wanting something a little different to do this Christmas, whether you work in town or not.”
We are grateful to Langham Hall for kindly sponsoring the event.
Hannah Graviou, Marketing Administrator said “Langham Hall are thrilled to be sponsoring such a fantastic event, The Santa Dash is a staple in many calendars and all money raised goes towards helping JHC, which makes a difference to many families across the island.”
Registration is £12.50 per person and is open until 4pm on Wed 30 November.
