Moore Group has appointed new Heads of Europe and Asia to strategically focus its services regionally. Jon Trigg has been promoted to European Head of Fund services and Jean-Francois Minier Asia Head of Fund Services.

Moore Group has appointed new Heads of Europe and Asia to strategically focus its services regionally. Jon Trigg has been promoted to European Head of Fund services and Jean-Francois Minier Asia Head of Fund Services.

Jon Trigg’s promotion comes six months after the private equity specialist joined Moore as a Director. In his new role he will be responsible for developing Moore’s fund services capability in Europe. Jon is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants has over 13 years’ experience in the financial services sector and has worked in many areas from client to technical and operational. He has extensive experience developing and implementing operational controls across multiple jurisdictions. Jon is an “approved person” by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and holds a number of client director appointments for private equity structures established or administered in Jersey.

Jean-Francois will head up the Group’s Asian operation. Based in Tokyo, he will focus on driving the Asia Pacific expansion strategy to increase market share through strategic business development. In Asia Moore partners with the top providers in the Japanese market on many prestigious fund offerings.  Jean-Francois has a wealth of experience in global financial services, principally in Tokyo and London. The multilingual head specialises in global trading, banking and investments. He has worked as a consultant on behalf of leading European multinationals and economic intelligence advisory firms, often linking top Japanese institutions with key players in such markets as Russia, Brussels (EU), France, Israel and Pakistan. He is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee. 

In the last 12 months Moore has invested heavily in specialist resource and systems. In Europe, there is now a specialist private equity team and the Group has implemented state of the art I.T. systems eFront, Purefunds and Investment Café which are considered the market leading software systems for private equity fund administration.
