Voisin Law’s leading corporate and commercial property teams have advised Randalls on its takeover of The Boat House, St Aubin and The Farm House, St John.

This brings Randalls total number of outlets to 49, following approval from competition authority, CICRA.  Randalls have exciting plans for the St Aubin based Boat House establishment, including a major refurbishment of the first floor restaurant, which will start in November before it reopens its doors as “the Anchor Club”.

The Voisin Law team consisted of Managing Partner, Ian Strang, Head of Property, Natalie Harris and English Solicitor, Stephanie Habin. Randalls is one of the Island’s largest pub chains and both The Boat House, St Aubin and The Farm House, St John are iconic venues.

Managing Partner, Ian Strang commented, “We were delighted to assist Randalls with this addition to their group of managed outlets.  Under Randall’s management this will provide the public with exciting additions to the available outlets both in St Aubin and St John.”
