Aztec Group is delighted to announce it has won Corporate Services Team of the Year at the 2017 ICSA awards in Guernsey. The local ICSA awards are designed to celebrate individual and collective success of ICSA students and members, showcasing the value they deliver to organisations.

The judging process required a 2,500 word written submission, highlighting the innovation, progress and key accomplishments that the team had achieved in the past 12 months. The judges then shortlisted the four firms, who they believe are leading the way and demonstrating excellence in corporate services on the island.

Gordon Purvis, Head of Corporate Services at the Aztec Group in Guernsey, commented:

“To win the ICSA Corporate Services Team of the Year award, given that we were competing against some key players in the industry, is a great achievement. We are delighted to be recognised for our exceptional client service and approach to governance. Our corporate services proposition is a core component of the Group’s offering, so to be acknowledged by ICSA is a huge testament to the services we deliver and I couldn’t be more proud of the team.”

Aztec Group is one of the world’s largest independent providers of fund, corporate and depository services with over 650 employees operating across six international onshore and offshore locations. Administering over 2,300 entities, the Aztec Group’s Corporate Services team manage a wide range of corporate structures for alternative investment managers, institutional investors and corporate clients, including special purpose vehicles, listed vehicles, partnerships and trusts.

The award ceremony took place in Guernsey at the Old Government House Hotel on Friday 10 November 2017.
