Nichole Culverwell, a Director at Black Vanilla, has achieved Chartered status (Chart. PR) with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

Mrs Culverwell, who is also a member of the CIPR Channel Islands committee, has 25 years of experience in PR strategy development and campaign implementation. She has worked in London, Sydney and more recently Guernsey, in a wide range of sectors including health, finance and consumer goods.

Chartered status is the highest accreditation in professional public relations practice. As well as reflecting the practitioner’s breadth of experience, understanding and achievements, it demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development in this fast-moving field.

Emma Leech Found.Chart.PR, FCIPR, DipCIPR led a team of expert assessors evaluating the candidates' knowledge and competencies in ethics, strategy and leadership.

‘Public relations is the practice of reputation management and many business leaders are now well aware of the value of PR at a strategic level. It is essential that PR practitioners’ expertise and impact is recognised through this kind of accreditation and that we uphold the highest possible ethical and professional standards,’ said Mrs Culverwell.
