JTC Group selected to administer Nimrod Sea Assets Limited, a new investment company listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange

JTC Group was recently chosen to administer a new listed specialist investment company Nimrod Sea Assets Limited. Nimrod Sea Assets Limited is a Guernsey domiciled company and will invest in vehicles which acquire, charter and sell marine assets associated with the offshore oil and gas industry.

JTC Group has a wealth of experience administering listed structures and is currently providing administration services to over 30% of the companies listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Nimrod Sea Assets will be administered by Paul Duquemin and his team from JTC Group’s Guernsey office.
