Two directors of Saffery Champness Registered Fiduciaries in Guernsey have once again been recognised in Citywealth’s latest IFC Power Women Top 200.
Directors Helen Green and Lisa Vizia are among prominent figures featured on the list that recognises and celebrates women of influence in government, private wealth, the private client advisory sector and philanthropy across the international financial centres (IFCs).
The list is compiled after extensive research, recommendations and testimonials from leading figures in the financial services industry with the objective of championing women in the wealth sector and highlighting female leaders.
Mrs Green is responsible for client liaison within the Guernsey office, heading up a team that specialises in the formation and management of trust and company structures for both private and corporate clients. Mrs Green is also joint receiver in a high profile complex insolvency case involving the receivership of £200 million of trust assets.
Miss Vizia heads up the dedicated family office team at Saffery Champness Guernsey, managing offshore structures for ultra-high net worth families, with a particular focus on the Middle East. Miss Vizia is also responsible for the firm’s business development and leads the Guernsey office’s corporate social responsibility.
Managing director Nick Batiste said: “The list is a welcome celebration of some of the best talent at Saffery Champness. The recognition of Helen and Lisa on this list continues to reflect their level of expertise, ambition and professionalism.”
Both directors were also recognised on the Citywealth’s leaders list with Miss Vizia listed as one of the top 20 trustees while Mrs Green was recently named as one of the Top 50 Most Influential UK private client professionals by eprivateclient.
Saffery Champness was also listed as one of the Top 25 Trust Companies in eprivateclient’s ultimate rankings and received a bronze award in the ‘Company of the year award: Female Leadership (Professional services)’ category of the inaugural Citywealth Power Women Awards.
