Intertrust has strengthened its senior team by promoting Lesley Lowe to HR director, reflecting the firm’s continued growth as well as investment in its people and their long-term careers.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and with nearly 30 years in the HR industry, Ms Lowe brings a wealth of experience to the team at Intertrust having previously worked in both trust and fund environments.
This new role sees Ms Lowe focus on ensuring an effective HR framework is in place to support the continued growth of the 170-strong team based in Guernsey which brings the overall total of the Intertrust team to 500 in the Channel Islands.
