In the year that Nerine Group of Fiduciaries celebrates 20 years in business, the global fiduciary company is also celebrating 14 members of staff who have been with Nerine for ten years and more.

Nerine values the commitment and hardworking ethos of all its employees and is recognising those who have helped the business grow over the past 20 years with the presentation of Long Service Awards.

Nerine has three members of staff who have worked for the business for 20 years: Sharon Prow, currently secretary to the chairman, and Jenny Tracey, company secretarial administrator, have both been with Nerine since the beginning in 1997. They will be recognised for their long service to the company. Beryl Davidge retired recently after working for Nerine’s chairman, Keith Corbin, for 42 years and also worked for Nerine since its inception.

Those who have reached 15 years of working for Nerine include David Morris, who started as a senior administrator and is now director of client services, and Claire Le Lievre, who started as a secretary and is now Corporate Sales Administrator.

Members of staff who have worked for the business for 10 years are Joanne Cuthbertson, Jeremy Home, Kerrie Rive, Brad Wood, Russ Bartram and Nicky Branquet.

Three members of staff are to be recognised for reaching the ten year milestone this year: Donna Brehaut, who started as an administrator and is now trust manager, and Shekouba Sesay, who began as a compliance officer and is now an associate director. Both joined in September 2007. Accounts assistant Sandra Merrien joined in December of that year.

“A trust company such as ourselves relies heavily on building and maintaining relationships with clients, but we also rely in the same way on our colleagues. The fact that so many have stayed with Nerine for so many years speaks volumes of the work environment that Nerine cultivates, and these long service awards demonstrate our focus on ensuring our clients are well looked after in each Nerine generation. Our clients have confidence in Nerine and one of the reasons they do is because our staff have consistently shown their commitment to them across the years,” said chairman, Keith Corbin.
