To celebrate its re-opening in February, the award-winning restaurant at the AA Five Star St Helier Hotel is hosting an exclusive Champagne dinner on Thursday 28thFebruary in collaboration with Champagne Billecart-Salmon and Jacksons CI.
Diners will feast on a fabulous seven course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Nicolas Valmagna. Delicious dishes include a goose liver pressed foie gras served with rhubarb, sweetbread “bonbon”and Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve followed by langoustine accompanied by violet artichoke,Ébène caviar and Pink Champagne froth.
Plus, guests will have the opportunity to view two beautiful new Bentley models on loan from Jacksons CI for the evening. The Bentley GT and the Bentley Bentayga will be on show at the hotel for this event only.
During the evening Tassili’s new Restaurant Manager Nicolas Marais will be talking everyone through each Champagne on the menu and how each dish has been created with the ‘bubbles’ in mind.
Commenting on the evening, Nicolas said, “This is a really exciting menu with each dish carefully prepared and paired with the best bubbly. The Champagne offers the perfect balance of dryness, fruitiness and bubbles to really enrich the experience on the palate.”
Reservations at the exclusive Champagne Billecart-Salmon dinner are available for £125 per person.
