Purpose of the role
This role will be on a team, supported and developed by the Senior Managers, Associate Directors and Client directors. Our Administrators will deliver standard processes and procedures, in line with the companiesprocedures and using the NavOne system. Taking direction on the team and supported in their development and have a career progression path that will only be limited by their ambition and quality of their delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide quality support to members of the team to include administering a portfolio of clients
Maintaining and developing relationships directly with clients and third parties
Ensuring all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator.
Skills required:
Good technical knowledge of trust company administration processes
Self-motivated with energy and commitment to the role
Good communication skills with both staff and external parties, through written and verbal communications
