Admin/Senior Admin - Corporate Services
Working within the Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for assisting with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies trusts and limited partnerships. The role will entail preparing minutes and resolutions, attending to statutory filings, processing of bank payments and ensuring client records are maintained accurately. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a corporate administration role and hold or working towards a professional qualification.
