Assistant Administrator - Corporate Pensions
Insurance and Mortgages
Great opportunity for a junior candidate to join a reputable and highly established insurance firm where you will learn to maintain a high standard of corporate pension administration for a portfolio of clients, duties will include but are limited to:
Requesting and processing monthly pension contributions;
Enrolling new pension scheme members;
Issuing Pension options to members;
Issuing valuations and login details; and
Scanning and filing correspondence in accordance with procedures.
The ideal candidate must have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and other providers via phone, email and letter. Strong IT skills are essential with proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
