Great opportunity for an individual from a company secretarial background to join an international fiduciary services provider in the position of Assistant Manager - Company Secretary & Governance and work as part of a team to provide general corporate secretarial services for a portfolio of high net-worth clients in line with policies and procedures.  Duties will include but are not limited to formation of in-house companies, preparing share certificates, typing and preparing minutes, arranging governance board/committee meetings and preparing board packs amongst other tasks, ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance.  This is a challenging role and will suit a focused and methodical candidate with a good level of technical knowledge and relevant experience.
