Our clients ethos of excellence runs through everything they strive to do. As Assistant Manager you will be assisting and supporting the management team with the administration of Company Secretarial administration.
This role will be varied, with the ability to get involved in all aspects of the team including the preparation and/or reviewing of all client deliverables and reports, organising board meetings, supervision of the collation of board papers, attending board meetings/taking minutes and the maintenance of various registers.
To be successful in this role you will be, a good team player with an attitude that inspires respect and is capable of taking the lead, professionally qualified in ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent with 5 years+ experience working in a financial services environment.
Our client is looking for someone with advanced accounting and/or administration skills, a high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality due to the nature of the work and excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
