Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Executive Compensation Services team. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a growing team, manage a diverse portfolio of incentive structures and share plans, and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in managing and mentoring others, working independently on client transactions, and supporting team members with training and development. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily team operations, assisting with appraisals, and taking on additional responsibilities as required. Candidates should be working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP) and possess experience in incentives or share plans. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude towards professional growth are essential, along with a good understanding of local legislation and corporate governance. The role also provides opportunities to specialise in areas like technical expertise, people management, or business development.
