Representing one of our clients key service areas, family office administration requires a unique combination of understanding, skills, and experience.

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their innovative team, delivering a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a portfolio complex and high net worth clients.

This role will require the ability to delegate, coach and motivate junior members of the team, while having responsibility for a portfolio of clients and maintaining excellent customer service. 

The ideal candidate will have Table 4 Qualifications, such as (but not restricted to) ICSA Diploma, STEP diploma and/or any other Table 4 Qualification.

A successful applicant will be required to have 6 years relevant industry administration experience. It would be an advantage to have experience in a supervisory role and experience developing and coaching others, on a one-to-one basis.
