Purpose of the role:
Our fast growing Jersey Funds & Corporate Services team requires a dynamic individual with several years experience of successfully administering an international portfolio while working closely with clients and their professional advisers.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for day-to-day administration of a specific client base of funds, management companies and associated fund structures
Liaising with and acting as a first point of contact for clients, investors and other connected parties
Act as a lead client contact, with support, participating in service calls and meetings as appropriate
Overseeing and co-ordinating client board meetings including quarterly corporate governance meetings ensuring timely dissemination of information to all relevant parties
Preparation of high quality and accurate minutes and resolutions for entities under management
Assistance with the onboarding of new client entities
Skills required:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the Finance Industry preferably a private equity fund administration department
Previous line management or mentoring experience
Relevant Professional Qualification preferred but not essential
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
