Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Officer to join their Treasury and Exchequer department on a one year fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative and project support to the department in order to support the effective collection of Revenue. In addition, you will manage the enhanced vetting process, finance related tasks and assist with recruitment, people related tasks and management of equipment and asset registers.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of financial administration such as raising purchase orders, reconciling accounts and processing invoices and be competent in all Microsoft Office programs, including Visio.
