Assistant Store Manager
SandpiperCI are now recruiting for our brand new franchise due to open next month. Card Factory is the UK’s largest greetings card retailer with over 940 stores.

We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

As Assistant Store Manager you will be supporting the Store Manager to lead a team of colleagues, taking ownership of the store and its operation; ensuring that we do the right thing by our customers and colleagues. You will also cover the Store Manager role as required.

Main Responsibilities:
•      Assisting the Store Manager to deliver store Key Performance Indicators - Sales, People, Process and Customer •      Providing hands on support to colleagues, enabling the team to reach its full potential
•      Being passionate about delivering exceptional service so our customers come to us time and time again to help them celebrate everyone’s life moments
•      Creating a plan, organising colleagues and clearly communicating daily tasks to ensure that excellent store standards are delivered
•      Cash handling, till reconciliation and banking procedures

You will have great supervisory skills and be able to multi-task, dealing with everything from KPI’s to managing stock and growing sales.
