Our client is looking for an Associate Director who will serve as an integral member of their Corporate Services team to assist the Directors with the development, management and growth of the Corporate Services Division. The role holder will have a specific focus on the provision of tailored administration services to a range of corporate clients as well as the provision of professional Trustee services to executive incentive schemes.
Candidates will preferably hold a professional qualification (ICSA/STEP/ACA/ACCA) and have a minimum of ten years experience in a similar relevant capability with a particular focus on Corporate and/or Executive Incentive Arrangements.
