Lead as part of the senior management team in an independent and forward-thinking financial services provider and play a key role in driving the overall strategy, growth plans and structure of the real estate funds team.
Supporting both the Directors and Managers, you will manage, supervise and develop an administration team to ensure a professional and first-class service is delivered to clients at all times.You will also develop relationships with potential new and existing clients and be a source of specialist knowledge for your team.

Responsibilities will include:
Contributing to internal meetings regarding the overall strategy, structure and growth of the real estate funds team
Acting as Relationship Manager for a portfolio of clients and providing independent technical and strategic guidance
Monitoring financial performance and comparing against targets and budgets
Acting as a Director on client companies and an A signatory
Managing team performance, providing feedback and identifying talent
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 12 years industry experience
Hold a relevant professional table 4 qualification
Good understanding and knowledge of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements
Excellent understanding of client financial statements
Previous people management experience
