Bailiwick Publishing has just announced its expansion into Guernsey, and so is recruiting a Head of CI Sales to manage our sales team across the Channel Islands. It is a key role, at a very exciting point in the development of our firm.

The role is a great opportunity for someone with a proven background of building relationships with key customers, and who is looking for the next step up in their career, which offers the chance to explore the boundaries of digital media, while managing a successful and highly motivated team across the Channel Islands.

The right person will also be tasked with helping us to grow our business outside of the Channel Islands. 

What are your responsibilities?

• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
• Promoting the benefits of our digital media platform to potential customers.
• Identifying new opportunities.
• Managing the sales team to deliver on targets.
• Reporting on sales performance to the Directors.
• Helping ensure the Express platform exceeds our customer’s expectations.

What we are looking for?

• Previous experience successfully managing or working in a successful sales team.
• Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire those around you.
• Experience of working in the digital sector, the media and/or advertising.
• Someone who is highly motivated, conscientious and well organised.
