General Responsibilities ·
To work as part of team to provide high
quality care to residents in line with regulatory standards. ·
Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents. ·
To support the residents with their drug/alcohol
recovery in line with their care plans. ·
To support the residents as directed by the
Registered Manager or their deputy. ·
To ensure that residents are supported in line
with their care plans in order to enhance their daily living skills. ·
Reviewing progress of care with the service
user and reporting signs of deterioration to health. · To carry out support and tasks in a way that
