Our client is looking for a Broking Support Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Deal Execution and Broking desk as well as providing a more generic support service to the wider team by way of brokerage support.
This will include, but not be limited to, obtaining necessary confirmations from third parties to ensure the documentation correctly reflects and is in accordance with the instructions submitted by the client and of those placed by the dealer, reconciliations of client holdings and cash, booking and filling in of Deposit and Forex exchange trade tickets and confirmations, maintenance and system update on all Corporate Actions and daily updates of various schedules for financial information purposes.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification i.e. (CISI, IAG) and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
