Full Description

This role sits within the Chief Operating Office, the ITS (Integrated Technological Solutions) Programme provides among other things, a digital back office that will join up finance, payroll, and procurement systems. It provides the foundation for a shift in the way government operates, as well as how it manages Island-wide infrastructure.

They are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the planning and Delivery of the Change management Strategy for the ITS Programme to ensure that both the technology change and business change are aligned. 

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

• Business change, data, and information management
• Project management methodologies, governance, stakeholder management and data analysis
• System and business process development
• Performance management and understanding of performance metrics

You will hold or have proven experience with one or more recognised programme for project or change management, such as MSP, Prince2, Agile or Lean. 

In addition, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
